- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪awful manager and service. I'd gotten 4 sessions of IPL before so I'm obviously used to how it should feel getting IPL. The manager here did my 5th session and it was uncommonly painful despite the cooling gel but she assured me everything was fine. I got home and realised she had actually burnt the skin!! There were streaks of burnt skin all across my bikini area. I called and she proceeded to tell me it was the same settings so it should have been fine and it was probably because I jumped that I got burnt. Awful.
